Keith Brubacher brings over 30 years of construction experience to the conversation, currently serving as president of Brubacher Excavating Inc., a third-generation family-owned earthwork, underground utility, and paving contractor based in Lancaster County.

Kristian Fields brings a career spanning project engineering through executive operations, currently serving as president of KLOVER Inc., a Quakertown, PA-based construction firm specializing in prefabricated wall panels, metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and finish carpentry.
