Autodesk Docs for AEC Collection Demystified

Are you a subscriber to the AEC Collection? Are you wondering about the benefits of using the Autodesk Construction Cloud vs other available cloud technologies? Would you like to explore what can be done with your Docs for AEC benefit prior to investing in BIM Collaborate or BIM Collaborate Pro? Then this is the class for you.

ZenTek Consultants will show you how to reliably track and securely deliver your projects with tools that simplify project management and collaboration in the Autodesk Construction Cloud. This eight (8) hour program is delivered in four (4), two-hour long sessions that students can attend online, right from their own desk. A live instructor will explain the detailed functions, and address questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will be using Autodesk Docs with no other tools from the Autodesk Construction Cloud. Each user must bring their own Autodesk Docs license.

Must attend all four sessions.

Session 3: Working in the Docs Viewer  Nov 27th

Session 4: Project Templates and Additional Tools Dec 4th

  • Defining project templates
  • Defining review workflows
  • Creating Notifications
  • Using Transmittals
