Using Microsoft Teams for Project Management

In this course we will show you how to utilize Teams as a “single” source of truth for your project. Everyone will be on the same page. We will show you how to use such things as announcements for project changes along with how to set up files needed by the team. We will also discuss how to set up project notes for team meetings etc. Finally, we will set up tasks with due dates and assign these to people. Once this is set up you will see that you can easily project communication and status will become.
Attendees are required to bring their laptop to the class.
