Transitioning A Journeyman Into A Crew Leader (5 Week Class)

$550.00 – $650.00This class will be held for 5 weeks on Tuesday from 4pm-7pm. The class will be held on April 23rd, April 30th, May 7th, May 14th and May 21st.
No matter whether you call them Crew Leaders, Foreman or Field Supervisors, our front line supervision is critical to the success of a project. Their influence over the profitability of a project cannot be overstated. Today’s Crew Leader not only needs the trade skills required to lead a project, they need the managerial skills to communicate with the client and office as well as the people skills to create a team on the job site.
