Transiting a Journeymen to Crew Leader (5 Week Course)

$550.00 – $650.00This class will be held for 5 weeks on Tuesday from 4pm-7pm. The class will be held on March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th & April 1st.
No matter whether you call them Crew Leaders, Foreman or Field Supervisors, our front line supervision is critical to the success of a project. Their influence over the profitability of a project cannot be overstated. Today’s Crew Leader not only needs the trade skills required to lead a project, they need the managerial skills to communicate with the client and office as well as the people skills to create a team on the job site.
