Summer Golf Outing

LOCATION: Rivercest Golf Club 100 Golf Club Drive, Phoenixville, PA 19460
REGISTRATION: Foursome: $1,400 Individual $360 (deadline to register is June 4th) Includes boxed lunch, snacks & refreshments on the course, dinner and golf cart.
PLAYERS PACK: (Advanced Purchase Suggested) $50 each includes: 3 Mulligans, 50/50 Arms Length, 1 Scratch Off Ticket & 1 Raffle Ticket.
SPONSORSHIPS (deadline to sponsor is June 4th)
PREMIER SPONSOR $5,000: (Limit 1) (2) Foursomes, (2) Complimentary dinner only tickets, company ad in ABC newsletter & website for 3 months. Hole sign on the course. Company banner/tablecloth displayed at event.
SOLD OUT BEVERAGE CART/STATION SPONSOR $2,500 (Limit 1) (1) Foursomes, (1) Complimentary dinner only ticket, company representative to drive the beverage cart. Company logo at beverage stations throughout the course.
GOLF CART SPONSOR 1,500(Limit 2) (1) Complimentary individual player for golf. Company logo on all golf carts.
RAFFLE SPONSOR $1,000: (Limit 1) Sponsorship will be used to purchase 1 large prize to be raffled off at the event. Company logo will be printed on all raffle tickets.
DINNER SPONSOR $800 (1) Complimentary dinner only ticket. Company logo displayed during dinner.
WINNERS GIFT SPONSOR $500: Sponsor the gift cards that will be used for prizes at the event. Company logo on all prize envelopes.
LUNCH SPONSOR $500 Company logo sticker displayed on each boxed lunch.
HOLE SPONSOR $300 Company logo displayed on course. Company representative can be present at your sponsored hole to network with players, share company promo items, snacks or beverages. Please contact Amy Aldred to make arrangements in advance.
WELCOME BAGS ABC Eastern PA will be providing gift bags for all registered players. We would love to fill our bags with our members promotional items.
DONATIONS Please contact Amy Aldred if you are interested in donating raffle prizes for the event i.e. gift cards, gift baskets, tickets or golf related items.
All sponsorships will include recognition during the event, on our social media sites, & in our newsletter. Company logo will be displayed on printed materials related to the event.

Cancellation Policy: Registration is financially binding unless cancelled 1 week prior to the date of the class/event.
