$500.00 – $600.00In the Essentials of Construction Project Management, people who are new to project management will learn the ten major steps in a construction project. You’ll start by negotiating with the customer/owner and establishing the project scope in precise, measurable terms. Then you’ll move on to gather requirements from the other project stakeholders. Next, you’ll learn how to build the schedule and budget using project management software. 4 day class Oct 6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th.
