In the Fall of 2015, Jaindl Land Company acquired the historic Mary Immaculate Center in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania. Shortly after the acquisition, Jaindl began the planning and entitlement process for a resort-style mixed-use development focused on farming, celebration, well-being, community, and family.
The project will consist of two phases. While there will be some crossover, Phase One will be the conversion of the former Mary Immaculate Center and St. John Neumann building into a destination resort hotel complete with 206 hotel rooms, multiple event venues, restaurants, and a full-service spa. In total, Phase One will consist of approximately 134,000 sq. ft. of renovation between both the former Mary Immaculate Center and St. John Neumann building.
The renovations of the existing building will be supplemented with approximately 170,000 sq. ft of new construction. Jaindl has assembled a world-class design and operations team as part of the hotel development.
Phase Two will consist of roughly 457 residential units designed as a traditional neighborhood development in a resort setting, along with boutique retail, a recreation center, and clubhouse
