How to Prepare a Work-In-Progress Schedule

FreeA construction in progress (“CIP”) schedule is not just a schedule requested every year by your accountant. It is a financial management tool that helps key decision makers understand how a company is performing on contracts. CIP schedules are often used to identify trends or problems as jobs progress, as opposed to waiting until the end of job. These schedules are the only accurate way of knowing a company’s true profitability. In this course, there will be an overview of how to prepare a CIP schedule, analysis techniques when reviewing a CIP, and best practices.
