Registration: 9:00am Shot Gun Start: 10:00am
Registration includes lunch, snacks, refreshments, dinner & golf cart.
Individual Players: $200
Foursome: $780
Players Packs $40 to include: 1 raffle ticket, 3 mulligans, & arm’s length of 50/50 tickets.
Sponsorships
PREMIER SPONSOR $2,500: (Limit 1) (1) Foursome, (1) Complimentary dinner only tickets,
company ad in ABC newsletter & website for 1 months. Hole sign on the course. Company
banner/tablecloth displayed at event.
Beverage Sponsor $1,000: (Limit 1) (2) Complimentary Individual Players, company logo
displayed on course and at beverage stations/bar.
Golf Cart Sponsor $500: (Limit 2) (1) Complimentary individual player for golf. Company logo
on all golf carts.
Raffle Sponsor $1,000: (Limit 1) Sponsorship will be used to purchase 1 large prize to be
raffled off at the event. Company logo will be printed on all raffle tickets.
Dinner Sponsor $500: (1) Complimentary dinner only ticket. Company logo displayed during
dinner.
Winners Gift Sponsor $500: Sponsor the gift cards that will be used for prizes at the event.
Company logo on all prize envelopes.
Lunch Sponsor $300: Company logo displayed during lunch.
Hole Sponsor $300: Company logo displayed on course. Company representative can be
present at your sponsored hole to network with players, share company promo items,
snacks or beverages. Please contact Amy Aldred to make arrangements in advance.
Welcome Bags: ABC Eastern PA will be providing gift bags for all registered players. We
would love to fill our bags with our members promotional items.
All sponsorships will include recognition during the event, on our social media sites, & in
our newsletter. Company logo will be displayed on printed materials related to the event.
Donations: Please contact Amy Aldred if you are interested in donating raffle prizes for the
event i.e. gift cards, gift baskets, tickets or golf related items.
SPONSORSHIP DEADLINE: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2022
Cancellation Policy: Registration is financially binding unless cancelled 1 week prior to the date of the class/event.
