This is a 4 week course that will be held every other Wednesday on the following dates:  March 17th, March 31st, April 14th, & April 28th.

Emerging Leaders Series 3:

Session 1: Driving Success Through Business Development (March 17, 2021)

Have you worked hard throughout your career but still find yourself struggling to get the results you thought you’d get? Does it feel like growing a successful, profitable business is just out of reach? This workshop will teach you simple, proven methods to increase your profits without increasing your hours spent at work. Session 2: Team Performance (March 31, 2021)

Team performance is a critical element of what makes or breaks a business. Often managers can be so focused on the mechanics of the business that they forget the people behind it are what’s driving everything. As a leader, you want to maximize team performance. But how do you do that? Team performance depends on several factors but fortunately, many of them are within your control. This workshop will show you how to reach that maximum impact within your business.

Session 3: High Performance Culture (April 14, 2021)

“Take care of your people and they will take care of your customers.” Unfortunately, this statement is easier said than done. It takes a very strong leader to develop and communicate on a daily basis to employees the “big picture” of where the company is headed and why that is beneficial from the employee’s perspective.  Team members will never create your desired culture if they don’t even know what you expect of them. Session 4: Managing Work/Life Balance (April 28, 2021)
