Sit among like-minded decision makers when you join a committee at ABC. As a committee member, you will have an insider perspective of the many different initiatives within the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter. Most committees meet at the Chapter Office on a monthly basis for 1-2 hours and consist of 5-20 members. Getting involved in a committee is a great way to make the most of your membership with ABC. Contact the respective staff liaison to find out when the next committee will meet.
COMMITTEE OPPORTUNITIES
Legislative Committee: To advance and protect ABC’s interests in the legislative arena and to promote member involvement in the political process.
Lehigh Valley Council: To lead the construction industry, guided by the principles of merit construction and free enterprise, while promoting growth in our marketplace and providing the highest level of safety, quality and training to our membership in the Lehigh Valley.
Member Engagement Committee: To identify and recruit potential members who share the merit philosophy. To educate the membership on ABC services and help to promote involvement in the association.
Northeast PA Regional Council: To lead the construction industry, guided by the principles of merit construction and free enterprise, while promoting growth in our marketplace and providing the highest level of safety, quality and training to our membership in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Philadelphia Regional Council: To lead the Philadelphia construction industry, guided by the principles of merit construction and free enterprise while promoting growth in our marketplace and providing the highest level of safety, quality and training to our current and future membership.
Safety Committee: To promote and offer safe work practices in the construction industry.
