Whether you’re new to construction or an experienced tradesperson, OSHA 10-Hour Construction provides the safety knowledge employers expect and workers need. Many general contractors and project owners require OSHA 10 training before workers can access a job site. In this two-day course, you’ll learn how to recognize and prevent the most common construction hazards, helping you work more safely and confidently every day.

Ed Sweigert
Apprenticeship Manager, ABC Eastern Pennsylvania
Ed Sweigert is the Apprenticeship Manager at ABC Eastern Pennsylvania, where he oversees the chapter’s apprenticeship instructors and serves as the Electrical instructor for Levels 1, 3, and 4. With more than 25 years of experience in electrical education and workforce development, he has trained apprentices, technical school students, and college-level learners throughout his career. Ed has taught at Keystone Job Corps, Lehigh Career & Technical Institute (LCTI), and Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC), and has been an OSHA Outreach Instructor since 2015. His practical, hands-on approach helps students build the knowledge, confidence, and safety mindset needed to succeed in the electrical trade.
