Turn workplace tensions into opportunities for growth.
Not all problems in the workplace can be anticipated or easily resolved. What happens when things go wrong? This workshop will review communication strategies for having those necessary crucial conversations, discuss real life conflicts within organizations, and present effective strategies via role playing to resolve those conflicts and maintain workplace harmony.
This class is hosted by ABC Eastern PA Member, Paramount Business Development. This class will be held on March 5th in the ABC Allentown Office and March 12th in the ABC E. Norriton Office. When registering please select your location and date.
