Bluebeam Revu Training for Public Agency Work (4 week course)

Digital plan reviews, approval processes, resubmittal requests, and general markup capabilities are all vital concerns for the modern Public Works project. Putting together a digital workflow process that can easily, and securely, address the needs of the public while still making the review and approval process easier for your agency is no small endeavor. Luckily, Bluebeam Revu comes right off the shelf with all the tools and features you need to implement a modern digital review process that can simplify this process for both your users and the public they support.

ZenTek Consultants, a certified Bluebeam Partner, will show you how to best use Bluebeam’s simple interface to structure a powerful Public Works control system. This eight (8) hour program is delivered in four (4), two-hour long sessions that students can attend online, right from their own desk. A live instructor will explain the detailed functions, and address questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will be using Bluebeam Revu Complete 21 and some tools shown may not be available in Revu Basics or Core. Looking for this class in Bluebeam Revu 2017, 2018, 2019, or 20? Contact us to make arrangements.

Recording: Registrants for this course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.

  • Creating Reusable Filters for Large Projects

Session 3: Managing Public Projects, Feb 3rd

  • Manage Submittal Milestones and Comments
  • Handling Drawing Changes/Update via Slip-Sheeting
  • Maintaining Revision History
  • Create/Use Stamps and Digital Signatures
  • Reporting on Studio Session Changes/Comments

Session 4: Public Project Administration, Feb 10th

  • Custom Reports for Different Agencies and Needs
  • Connecting Data to Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Automated Studio Notifications
  • Archive and Backup of Projects
