DESCRIPTION:This event is for ABC Eastern PA Members Only. \nJoin ABC Eastern PA to tour the future site of the Lehigh Valley Resort & Spa located at the Former Mary Immaculate Center located at 200 Cherryville Road\, Northampton\, PA 18067. \nSpace is limited for the tour and open to members only. \nJuly 15\, 2022 \nRegistration starts at 10:30am \nTour and Presentation 11:00am-12:00pm\, Guests are welcome to stick around afterwards to network or speak with representatives from Jaindl. Snacks and refreshments sponsored by Jerdon Construction Services\, LLC. \nIn the Fall of 2015\, Jaindl Land Company acquired the historic Mary Immaculate Center in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania. Shortly after the acquisition\, Jaindl began the planning and entitlement process for a resort-style mixed-use development focused on farming\, celebration\, well-being\, community\, and family. \nThe project will consist of two phases. While there will be some crossover\, Phase One will be the conversion of the former Mary Immaculate Center and St. John Neumann building into a destination resort hotel complete with 206 hotel rooms\, multiple event venues\, restaurants\, and a full-service spa. In total\, Phase One will consist of approximately 134\,000 sq. ft. of renovation between both the former Mary Immaculate Center and St. John Neumann building. \nThe renovations of the existing building will be supplemented with approximately 170\,000 sq. ft of new construction. Jaindl has assembled a world-class design and operations team as part of the hotel development. \nPhase Two will consist of roughly 457 residential units designed as a traditional neighborhood development in a resort setting\, along with boutique retail\, a recreation center\, and clubhouse
