At the completion of the course\, and successfully passing the flagger test/evaluation\, the participant will be qualified by their employer to flag for 3 years in Pennsylvania from that day. \nWhile the workzone safety portion is not a mandated requirement\, OSHA requires workers to be trained in the tasks they are assigned.
