SUMMARY:4 Hour Workzone Safety/ PA Flagger Certification
DESCRIPTION:This training will provide the training certification required for flagging in Pennsylvania and provide general hazard recognition regarding working in live traffic. At the completion of the course\, and successfully passing the flagger test/evaluation\, the participant will be qualified by their employer to flag for 3 years in Pennsylvania from that day. \nWhile the workzone safety portion is not a mandated requirement\, OSHA requires workers to be trained in the tasks they are assigned. This portion of the course will provide participants a valuable understanding of the most common accidents in workzone and how to prevent them\, understanding the components of a workzone and general set-up and teardown techniques. This awareness training is essential for workers in live traffic.
