SUMMARY:Construction Project Management
DESCRIPTION:Ideal for construction project managers at all levels\, Construction Project Management is a 4-week class/workshop that offers strategies and solutions to attain the highest level of professionalism and productivity. The class addresses both hard and soft skills needed to be successful as a project manager\, including human relations and effectively using authority\, negotiations\, documents\, planning and scheduling among other topics. This comprehensive National Center for Construction Education and Research curriculum will emphasize cost and resource awareness/control along with a total quality management process. The class emphasizes leadership skills and effective communication strategies. Due to a small group setting with peer to peer interaction\, space is limited. \nDave Liddle has numerous years of experience with Healthcare facilities and construction as well as higher education facilities. He holds numerous specialty environmental and safety engineering certifications. \n  \nThis class will run every Tuesday morning for four weeks\, beginning July 13th from 8am- 12pm. (July 13th\, July 20th\, July 27th & August 3rd)
