DESCRIPTION:The Executive Leadership Development Classes are a 3 part series of classes that is broken down into 4 week course. Series 1 will be held on Wednesday\, August 24th\, September 7th\, September 21st & October 5th. Series 2 will start October 19th and Series 3 will start up in 2023. \nSession 1: Leader’s Right Mindset (August 24\, 2022) \nMany people believe that being the owner\, boss or holding some sort of management position is what defines leadership. It is a slow and steady process that happens over years and years of practice and it all starts with little habits. Join us for a morning to discover the 7 habits of highly effective leaders that you can start practicing today that will help you become the leader you want to be tomorrow. \n  \nSession 2: Communicating Simply & Effectively (September 7\, 2022) \nWorkplace communication is crucial to companies because it enables them to be productive and operate effectively. When a company can communicate correctly\, employees can experience an increase in morale\, productivity\, and commitment. How well do you communicate with your team? More importantly\, how often do you communicate with your team? Join us as we discuss real life examples of communication problems in companies and how you can better lead your team to success. \n  \nSession 3: When Things Go Awry?! (September 21\, 2022) \nWe’ve discussed how crucial workplace communication is to a company\, but what happens when things go wrong? Not all problems can be anticipated or resolved. This workshop will review communication strategies\, discuss real life conflicts within organizations\, and present several effective strategies to handle those conflicts. \n  \nSession 4: Managing Overwhelm (October 5\, 2022) \nAre you feeling pressured by deadlines?  Is there never enough time in the day?  Are you working longer and longer hours\, while getting further behind? Win your time back in this 4-hour workshop where we will show you how to master your use of time\, complete your most critical tasks\, and overcome that constant feeling of being overwhelmed. \nThis seminar will be hosted by ABC Member Paramount Business Development.
