His experience includes work with large and small contractors\, subcontractors and suppliers\, municipalities\, municipal authorities\, developers\, public utilities\, school districts and individual owners. His litigation experience also includes extensive work with lending institutions\, and through those efforts he has gained invaluable commercial collections expertise. He is a frequent lecturer on construction payment claims\, and has proven himself to be a zealous advocate of his construction clients seeking overdue payments on public and private projects in the state and federal courts.
