The class addresses both hard and soft skills needed to be successful as a project manager\, including human relations and effectively using authority\, negotiations\, documents\, planning and scheduling among other topics. This comprehensive National Center for Construction Education and Research curriculum will emphasize cost and resource awareness/control along with a total quality management process. The class emphasizes leadership skills and effective communication strategies. Due to a small group setting with peer to peer interaction\, space is limited. \nDave Liddle has numerous years of experience with Healthcare facilities and construction as well as higher education facilities. He holds numerous specialty environmental and safety engineering certifications. \n  \nThis Class will run virtually for 4 weeks\, beginning on  Tuesday November 16th & Running on November 23\, November 30 & December 7 from 8AM-12 PM.
