DESCRIPTION:Act 142 went into effect on January 1\, 2017 and Dramatically impacts the rights of PA Contractors\, Subcontractors\, and Suppliers who are interested in protecting\, preserving\, and filing mechanics lien claims on projects whose total value exceed $1.5 Million.  A new online Construction Notices Directory has been established in the state\, and all participants on a project will need to understand how to log in\, enter data and monitor job status. \nIf you don’t take part in this new directory\, you risk losing your lien rights.
