DESCRIPTION:This is a 4 week course that will be held on Wednesday\, October 19th\, November 2nd\, November 16th\, & November 30th. Series 3 of this set of class will begin in January 2023 \nSession 1: Customer Service & Sales (October 19\, 2022) \nMost business owners are looking for the latest marketing strategy\, a new source of leads\, or a fairy-tale salesperson who is going to come in and turn all the prospects into customers without breaking a sweat.
