Does it feel like growing a successful\, profitable business is just out of reach? This workshop will teach you simple\, proven methods to increase your profits without increasing your hours spent at work. We will also share Paramount’s ‘5 Way Power Play’ to start increasing your profits NOW! \nSession 2: Team Performance (April 6\, 2022) \nTeam performance is a critical element of what makes or breaks a business. Often managers can be so focused on the mechanics of the business that they forget the people behind it are what’s driving everything. As a leader\, you want to maximize team performance.
