DESCRIPTION:Bluebeam Revu is used daily by over 80% of construction firms in the U.S.\, but\, unfortunately\, not a lot of us use it well or efficiently. Bluebeam is designed for the construction industry\, but all too often the people it’s meant for don’t even understand what Bluebeam can do in the construction world. With Bluebeam Revu\, you can create as-builts\, directly modify PDFs\, define phases/zones\, link to details\, compare differences between documents\, even overlay PDFs to look for system conflicts\, and much more. This class is focused entirely on the tools and features that will provide the most benefit to people working construction projects in Bluebeam Revu. \nZenTek Consultants\, the nation’s premiere Bluebeam Partner\, will show you the most effective means of using Revu for Construction work so you can get the efficiency and intelligence you need from Revu. This eight (8) hour course is delivered in four (4)\, two-hour long sessions that students can attend online\, right from their own desk. SUMMARY:Using Microsoft Teams for Project Management
DESCRIPTION:If your organization is struggling with managing project deadlines\, project communication and task management this is the course for you. In this course we will show you how to utilize Teams as a “single” source of truth for your project. Everyone will be on the same page. We will show you how to use such things as announcements for project changes along with how to set up files needed by the team. We will also discuss how to set up project notes for team meetings etc. Finally\, we will set up tasks with due dates and assign these to people. Once this is set up you will see that you can easily project communication and status will become. \nAttendees are required to bring their laptop to the class.
