This training series introduces construction professionals to practical communication workflows using Microsoft 365. Focusing on Outlook and Microsoft Teams, you’ll learn how to organize email, manage calendars and meetings, and collaborate effectively with field staff, consultants, and project partners. The skills taught are immediately applicable to active construction projects.
Work between field and office is complex. Add remote users, architects, and engineers that want dozens of meetings each week, and it can be overwhelming to organize and remember the results and decisions made in all those discussions. Microsoft Teams is the tool that helps you do all that. This course takes you through basic concepts of using Teams Channels, Meetings, Chats, and other communication tools in a construction environment.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.
Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
