This training series introduces construction professionals to practical communication workflows using Microsoft 365. Focusing on Outlook and Microsoft Teams, you’ll learn how to organize email, manage calendars and meetings, and collaborate effectively with field staff, consultants, and project partners. The skills taught are immediately applicable to active construction projects.
Communication is the lifeblood of any construction job, but emails can overwhelm our day – and creating, automating, and structuring them into some reliable process can seem next to impossible. This course takes you through best practices for handling emails, meetings, and working with large volumes of email in a construction environment.
